Hi,
I had a Radiator downstairs which is now gone. I need the 2 pipes that are there cut as LOW as humanly possible then sealed off as want to put carpet over them. The pipes are coming out of concrete so maybe break a bit of concrete to make them lower.
Also a new radiator which i will supply fitted on landing which is floor boards. This should be no bother as bathroom with a rad is very near to this location, for access to pipes.
