We require a bar Shower and screen to be fitted. We used to have an electric shower but have re-tiled bathroom and don't feel confident enough to drill through the tiles. We live in the Stafford area.

Upstairs bathrom has a towel rail fitted but it has not been plumbed in correctly (has never worked since i moved in.) I believe the unit has flow in, but not out. Radiator doesn't get hot at all. I have bled it. There are radiators in adjacent rooms that do work, so existing pipes could be tapped into once carpets and floorboards lifted outside bathroom (rad is fitted to the other side of the hall wall.) Suspect that outlet flow pipe goes nowhere... is damaged... blocked..?

I would like quotes to get the unit connected up properly so it works. I am concerned there will be rusty water in the unit that could cause damage to the rest of the system once connected up right (will an additive be adequate?)
The carpet is fairly new in the hallway outside the bathroom so in an ideal world the lifting up / putting back would not be notciable afterwards!

House in Eccleshall currently has 2 boilers as was half way through a project when I moved in. Old one runs heating, new one does water and bathroom rads (as far as I can tell!) Old one needs decommissioning and everything needs to run off new one. Also some rads dont work so may nee valves. Would also appreciate some general advice on the rest of the system as moved in with no info due to previous owner passing away.
