I have a new fluid master 747 fill unit that needs fitting to my bathroom toilet as the cistern is constantly overfilling with water so suspect the fill unit is faulty. The water inlet pipe work will also need some modification as access is tight due to the unit being boxed in.

We have a twin head thermostatic shower (fitted roughly 2 years ago) which has started running cold for the second time. First time water started running cold we increased the temperature behind the handset and this worked up until a couple of months ago. Temperature cannot be increased any more but water is only running luke warm. We have tried running the shower slower (as in the bath taps run hotter when the pressure is turned down) but this doesn't work. Hot water is coming from bath taps and sink taps.
Would like to know if it can be repaired and prices.
