Hello, I'm the landlady of a house in Didcot. The tenants have reported that water comes down through the living room ceiling when they have a shower. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible (ideally tomorrow).

I have an old radiator which I would like replacing to a more modern one. It is currently very noisy and makes a "Ticking" noise.

The radiator will need to be similar to one in the lounge and is approx 1.5 m in length. The radiator will need to be hung in such a way that the pipes do not need to be moved. This can be done as had a plumber change one in the lounge. Sadly this plumber is no longer available so thought would try here.

We're looking for someone to install a new dishwasher. There is a cupboard space in our fitted kitchen with an electrical outlet and water pipes. However, the valves to connect to the dishwasher have not been fitted on the pipes. We need someone who can fit the valves and hook up the dishwasher.

We frequently have a sewer gas smell coming from our toilet. We suspect it might be a gasket or wax seal that might need to be replaced, but we don't really know. We need a plumber to investigate the smell and put the system right.

We have had a kitchen unit made to measure but need to tidy up the pipework behind it before it is fitted.

Plumbing is present for a dishwasher, washing machine (both cold only) and a cold supply for our fridge. The present pipework (including mains stop cock tap) stick out to far. Hot pipe can be cut and sealed as we don't need it. The cold pipes need cutting just above the stop cock and then new piping put in to run the three items from. Stop cock tap ideally needs replacing with a smaller one. Waste pipe could also be better fitted if possible.
