I need a plumber asap to plumb in bath/basin/toilet.Toilet is in same place but needs to move slightly and I have flexi toilet pipe for that.Bath and basin are close to existing water pipes and waste...It can all be done without raising floorboards.I plumbed it in a few years ago with compression joints but would prefer a better job as the house is going up for sale after next week.I am doing bath framework today so should be ready to plumb tomorrow.I am happy for someone to work the weekend or very early next week.If not I am off to buy compression joints!!!!!

I've just noticed that one of the small plastic pipes coming outside from my 1st floor bathroom has broken. I think it is the waste pipe from the shower.

I have a hot water and cold water tap feed that I would like to bury under floorboards. There is also an offshoot from the cold water tap feed that currently goes up the side of a bedroom wall that I would like running into the wall instead.

The runs of pipe work are about 5m of cold with 1 90degree bend. 5m of hot with a 90degree bend. And the offshoot from the cold pipe feeding the shower is around 1.5m long.

we have a cold water tank in a small loft space. This is not the main tank and we did not think that it was in use. However the overflow has been leaking slowly into the wall cavity . We would like the cause of the overflowing water sorted and possibly the tank removing if not required. Hopefully this should only be quite a small job!

The temperature of my ensuite shower has gone very cool. It's not an electric shower, it has a knob one side to turn to alter the temperature and one the other side to turn it in on and increase power. I used to have the temperature knob set about half way and it was hot, but a few weeks ago it was cold so I turned it right round to the hottest setting but it's still cool. Well the temperature actually changes constantly whilst having a shower from hot to cold to warm and won't stay at a contant temperature, for the majority of the time showering its luke warm. I don't think its a problem with the boiler as hot water comes straight out if the taps normally and stays hot, it just seems to be a problem with the shower.

Any suggestions?
