There is a leak from the drainage pipe coming out of the bathtub in my house (or from the connection between it and the bath), as I found out when we emptied the bath and had water trickle down the light fitting in the room underneath. I need this fixed urgently as it's a safety hazard and could damage the house if it's left for any length of time. I'd be looking to get it fixed tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday 1 May) or any time Thursday (2 May).

I should mention that the side panel of the bathtub is covered in marble tiling. It's supposed to have been built to be easily removable, but in truth I'm not sure it has been (though it's only a little over a year old). I do have spare tiles if necessary, but obviously would prefer not to have to use them. Also, the toilet is up very close to the bathtub so there's little room for maneuvre.

We need a new dishwasher plumbed in under the counter where our fridge used to be, next to the sink. The hot and cold water pipes run behind the dishwasher on their way to the washing machine but there is currently no connection.

Really there are 4 separate jobs here, one for a heating engineer and the other 3 for a plumber:

All systems installed new 2 years ago (by not so good builders)

1. Our unvented Central Heating system loses pressure constantly. Last night it lost 0.2 bar. I think at least one TRV is leaking. So we need someone to investigate and decide if the problem is just weeping joints and pipework, or if there is a concealed leak somewhere else.

2. Our shower does not drain properly. I think the external waste pipe does not slope enough.

3. Our 2 kitchen sinks have one waste, it gurgles a lot and appears to be blocked. Pouring drain unblocker chemicals doesnt help.

4. One kitchen sink has a kink in the pipe so pressure is weak.

Ideally I would like to hire one person/company to rectify all these problems together.
