I have a recurring leak on the bathroom and living room (which are adjacent) floor. It was initially thought to have come from the bathroom radiator which was leaking at the joints but has now been fixed. However the leak happened again this morning - it appears to be linked to when the radiator is turned up or off. A heating engineer who has been out to look at my boiler this morning suspects it could be leaking from a pipe in the internal cavity wall.
