I have noticed that whenever I shower the ceiling in my living room (bathroom is directly above it) develops a wet line after a short while. I have investigated the cause and I have narrowed it down to a leaking pipe connected to the mixer tap under the bathtub.

What is the approximate cost to repair or replace including labour and materials?

A poorly fitted waste pipe is leaking black sludge - probably due to the hole being drilled at the wrong place and so the T branch angle is wrong. Best explained by a photo - if you can see past the laughable expanding foam a photo is here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/87431434@N06/

I'm pretty sure related to this problem rain is leaking into the bathroom at the hole in the wall where the waste pipe joins.

Toilet and cistern needs to be removed and replaced. Toilet has left side waste fitting. Inlet water pipe to cistern was badly fitted and leaking, causing inlet to cistern to fail and leak. I have put a valve on the inlet pipe to stop the water leaking. I want to provide the toilet and cistern, need the price to put them in and remove the old ones.

Have a leak behind the kitchen sink unit , I require the leak repairing and the cupboard carcass replacing and refitting with the current doors. (the cupoard is rotting from the leak)
