My Bathroom currently have Aqualisa gravity fed shower that gets the hotwater from the hot water tank in the loft. This is not working at the moment. I would like to get a electric shower leaving the existing shower as it is. The bathroom is on the first floor of end terraced house in Gravesend, Kent. I dont live there, but my Tenants do.

Please let me know how much it would cost me for this job and to buy the electric shower.

I have now had 3 leaks in my hallway apparently emanating from my washing machine connection. Initially, my daughter and myself plumbed it in and therefore was not surprised by the first leak. But since then I have had the same plumber out twice (who told me it was due to the washing machine being plumbed incorrectly) however, this is the third time I have had a leak and not sure why if plumber should have connected it. When it happened second time, I asked why and he said it was the other tap or something.
Also, can't get the top on toilet cistern. Little jobs I think, but not good for me!
I am having new floor fitted in hall so desperately need to sort the leakage problem once and for all.
