I need to change a piece of copper pipe running under my floorboard, which is connected to my main water supply. The length of pipe that needs t be changed is approx. 30cm long.

I have had a surveyor inspect it and this is all that is needed to be changed. I have also being given a rough quote, so please forward your quotes to myself.

While replacing a built in washing machine, the copper water pipe has been damaged and is leaking. I'd need a plumber who is able to sold the pipe back together, and who can help securely place the washing machine back into the corner.
