I have an electric shower that I need fitting to replace my current mixer tap one.

I have hot & cold pipes in place but would need the hot one (gravity fed) plugged and the cold plugged into the new shower. I am able to organise an electrician to run the power although I am not adverse to having someone do the whole job.

- fixing cause of swelling around/behind bath tiles (a leak I think, may need regrouting/resealing of bath/shower)
- fix leak below toilet (we think it might require resealing),
- fit new shower head,
- refit kitchen tap (it keeps loosening)

There is a leaking pipe under my downstairs bath. I'm fairly sure I have identified the joint which is leaking and this needs to be replaced. It's a t-shaped joint towards the back of the bath so access may be tricky.

While replacing a built in washing machine, the copper water pipe has been damaged and is leaking. I'd need a plumber who is able to sold the pipe back together, and who can help securely place the washing machine back into the corner.

I have a Drayton MA1 Actuator, that appears to have gone pop.
(When the hot water is on and the CH is off, the radiators still come on)
So I am looking for quotes on the replacement of this part.

we are having trouble removing an integrated washing machine, its a very tight fit
it may need a kitchen cupboard to be removed, what we want is the the integrated washing
removed and new one plumbed in, we have not got washing machine yet, was hoping to get advice to make sure the new one will fit
