The main water stop cock/valve to the house will not turn the water off completely, so that leaves the whole of the water system in the house vulnerable if anything goes wrong.

The main valve is situated under the kitchen sink unit, which has a back to it, this makes access to either side of the valve seem difficult. Maybe cut a piece out the back then replace the valve and fit a new small panel over the small hole made for better access.

On the bathtub replacing the two taps with a Mira Excel Bath shower mixer. Installing an already bought shower riser on the wall.

The pressure on my shower is very low. It's a non-electric shower, fed directly from the water tank.

Bath leaks when water drains away - there is a faulty seal connecting the drain to the plug. Water drips through the ceiling into the kitchen below when the plug is taken out. It looks like a straightforward repair job. The side panel to the bath comes away easily. The bath was installed around 15 years ago.

Please see the attached picture.

We would like someone to re-route the two pipes in the bottom right hand of the picture so that they run underground and only rise from the ground 2 feet to the left of where they rise now. This will require cutting a channel in the concrete floor (ground floor level) and making good afterwards.

We need this work done because these pipes are taking up space in a built-in wardrobe.

The other pipe which goes through the wall half way up (about 3ft from the ground) also needs moving about 12inches to the left. This feeds an outside tap.

We're looking for quotes for doing this work please - not offers to visit and quote for the work. The best price we get will get the work (providing its reasonable!).

Please also note that this work needs completing asap. We've got new carpets being fitted next Friday, and need it done before then to avoid any dust/etc. damaging it.

My water main pipe needs replacing from the stop valve on the pavement all the way to the stop valve in the kitchen. The length is approx 20meters. Some of the drive way will need excavating and liaising with Southern Water to get the pipe connected. I'd like the work done asap.
