Instal a small wall mounted sink with mixer tap in the kitchen. Will need to run water pipes along small length of wall and behind washing machine (approx 190cm distance, including bend), and drill through external wall to outside drain (directly behind wall with the sink on it) and cut away small length of work surface to fit sink on wall (and refit supporting metal leg below work surface further along).
Sink, taps and waste already purchased, but will need to quote for and supply copper water pipes.

We have a leaking central heating pipe in a boxed-in and tiled section of an upstairs bathroom.
The boxed-in section is around 3ft x 2ft x 6", and also contains the toilet cistern.
We need the tiles (10" x 14" ish) removed (preferably intact, for re-use) to gain access to the pipe, the leak repaired, and the tiles put back.
We have british gas homecare which we could use to repair the pipework, but the hard bit is getting in there.
The downstairs ceiling may possibly need a small section replacing if the water damage is too much.

I need bathroom basin mixer taps replacing.
I have already bought the replacement taps, it is simply a like for like swap.
The pipes leading to the taps both have shut off valves, making life a bit easier.
I can send photos of old and new taps if required.
No urgency. Just need the job done at a reasonable rate.

I've got a problem with my kitchen taps. The water pressure is very low. The taps are pretty new, but they were working well for a few months, before they stopped. I hoped someone could have a look to see what the problem is. I had someone from the water board round and he couldn't see a problem.

1. I had a small drip through the ceiling recently and need pipework checking and any leak fixed (possible leak in roof being checked separately.
2. Mains stopcock also drips despite tightening up at various times. Possible to replace?
3. Pipe 'drop' needs moving into corner of room before boxing in prior to decorating.
4. Water pressure in bathroom and in hot water system generally is low. I would like to improve this - possibly fit a pump (would need any electrical work doing as well)?
