It doesn't sound like a big job, but I'd like to get it fixed for them a.s.a.p.

Unfortunately I live about an hour away and I'm pregnant and suffering terrible morning sickness so I probably can't be there to let you in. If you could go round on Sunday morning or first thing Monday morning (before 9am) the tenant will be there to let you in.
