Hello there
I need a cost please for some work in the next week in our Bathroom which im refitting , wont take a competent plumber more than a few hours, as its all open and ready.

Also Toilet, need the old imperial part cut off , gate valve put on pipe and then new pipe to cistern (fill)

Our dishwasher, kitchen sink and washing machine have all either blocked/partially blocked or been very smelly since we moved in 2 yrs ago. The house was built in 1978 and I expect are all the original pipework. The pipework leads through a small utility room (which is the back end of the garage) to the drain in the garage which needs regular desludging.
We are not sure whether the pipes just need cleaning and the drains flushing or if the pipework out to the drain needs replacing and the drains flushing.
I would like somebody to come and give us a reasonable quote for making everything right again please.
