No1. I have a gravity fed water system with the big Plastic Bucket in the airing cupboard that all the water goes into with a ballcock assembly. At the base of the bucket are two pipes for in and out. One of them has started leaking and it looks like the washer has deteriorated over the years. Thus the bucket/tank needs to be emptied out, the big nut loosened and the washer replaced, resealed and then refilled.

I have installed a Power Shower (thermostatic Mira) in the bathroom (i.e. secured the unit to the wall plus the riser rail) and will also be sorting the 5amp/13amp supply to the unit to power the motor. (There's no heating element, just a pump). I need a plumber for the plumbing part as two pipes need to be installed taken from under the bath to rise up to the unit to be attached. (I was thinking of the clamp type attachment for simplicity). Can you please quote for the two jobs. Can you separate the quotes incase I can't get both jobs done at the same time and also show what it would costs if you do the two jobs together. Thank you. Property is in SS14 3RL.

I have the need to replace 3 radiators in a small property and bleed the system etc at the same time.

I dont have exact measurements as it is a rental property with tenant - so sizes for indication. The primary reason for work is to remove the two lounge radiators so some damp course work can be done - since they are in poor condition (rusty etc) I may as well replace with 3 trade rad's.

We have a small leak from the shower (in bath) which is causing a wet patch on the ceiling downstairs. This has been fixed previously by the plumber who installed the shower but it has reappeared a year later.

We have also had two previous leaks (one in the same shower and one under the kitchen sink) and we would like someone to check that those repairs are OK.
