I've recently moved to a new build flat (2006).

1. Remove radiator in kitchen
My kitchen was designed in an awkward manner. The radiator seems to have gone in after the washing machine. The washing machine now has issues, but I cannot remove/get a new one as the radiator/radiator pipe do not allow for clearance to remove the washing machine.
I never turn on the kitchen radiaor anyway, so would like to have it removed completely, so that I only have a flush wall.

2. Change toilet plumbing
I recently changed out the ballcock in the toilet so now have a super flush. However, it seems that the plumbing is incorrect--when I flush it triggers the boiler. So I'm flushing with hot water. I'd like it to be swapped out to cold.

3. Optional
I've not yet had the combi-boiler looked at. It appears to be working fine but would like someone to give it a once over as well.

We have a water tank in the loft and there seems to be a problem with the overflow - it's constantly running - fortunately it's going out of the house and down the conservatory roof into the gutter, but it's wasting a lot of water! I have had British Gas round today to fix an emergency ceiling leak. This was caused by a small blockage in the heating system which caused a tank in the loft to overheat and steam up causing water to run down the tank through the ceiling and spotlights. I have agreed for them to fit the magnabooster filter to my system but would like to get other quotes. I would like the Magnabooster2 fitted, not a cheaper or plastic alternative. Ideally tomorrow, Thursday or Saturday.
