I have just bought a house at Biddick Woods and have a few odd plumbing jobs I need done. Firstly, the downstairs toilet needs looked at (we really just want to replace the toilet seat-easier said then done-may need a new toilet?- but noticed it's not fixed to the wall properly and want it checked out as it leaked after being flushed).
