I have tried to use a coathanger and boiling water to unblock the hose going from the drawer where you put the powder in to the machine. It appears to be blocked with solidified washing powder. I have found it impossible to get to the hose with my hands to squeeze it, so it needs someone who knows which parts can be undone/moved in a Hoover HNWF 6135 washer dryer.
