Remove leaky, cracked, brown plastic one-and-a-half-bowl monstrosity and tap from laminate worktop, and replace with shiny stainless steel one-and-a-half-bowl sink and new tap.
Parts not bought yet, but I'll be careful not to get one that falls through the existing hole :-)
Waiting on tiling work to be done first, so probably need the job doing in between one and two weeks' time.

Had a new boiler installed in May 2010 and since then we have had problems with the water pressure in the hot and cold tap. It comes and goes and the hot tap in the kitchen spurts and in the bathroom the water comes out very slowly. Think we need all new piping for kitchen and bathroom.

TRV on downstairs radiator needs replacing (cheap Wickes TRV whose pin keeps getting stuck). This will likely require draining the system. Also the downstairs loo has a cheap plastic cistern - the lid does not fit properly, the arm occasionally gets stuck causing an overflow, the flush handle is loose and does not spring back if tightened, and the pipe into the bowl is out of alignment and sometimes leaks. May need complete cistern replacement.
