11x12x9ft. 2 External walls are to be fitted with insulated plasterboard (by myself) these will require a skim coat. 2 internal wall will require a skim coat over artex, There is a fireplace which has been taken back to brick due to loose plaster this will require undercoat / top coat. We're moving into a house on the outskirts of Marlborough, Wiltshire at the beginning of November 2011, and all of the ceilings in the 4 bedroomed house have artex ceilings which we'd like plastered over. This will not include the kitchen or dining room as this is to have further work done. Approximate coverage is 100 sq metres to include 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge, 1 study and the upstairs and downstairs hallways.

Keen DIYer requires a professional finish! I have a 3 x 3 metre ceiling that has been boarded out but now requires scrim and skimming. Three walls in the same room have also just been boarded out with insulation backed board and also require scrim and skimming, the fourth wall is brick with an old plaster coat that requires a reskim. There are two recessed windows in the room and two door ways. The room has been stripped out of furniture and fittings, including carpet, so this should be a fairly hassle free job. Ceiling height is quite low. Room is ready to go for plastering ASAP. Please quote for labour and materials, inc VAT. I can pay cash on completion, if preferred to cheque etc.
