We've recently stripped the wallpaper from our bedroom and need the room skimming. The house was re-wired so there is some wall damage from this around sockets and switches.

Room also needs new skirting boards and architrave fitting.

Would consider the same company doing the plastering work, the skirting boards and also subsequent wallpapering.

I live in a city centre flat. My hallway was flooded recently from the flat above me and water leaked through my floor to the flat below. I have been asked by my insurance company to obtain an assessment of the damage done and any repair work which may be needed. The visible damage is several stains on the hall way ceiling and damage to the walls and ceiling of my boiler cupboard from which the lining paper has peeled away. The floor is tiled with some small areas of carpet. there is no visible damage to the floor but I don't know if there has been any damage underneath.
