Ceiling needs either skimming over or plasterboard and then skimming depending on your thoughts. A wall also needs skimming over just to cover new plasterboard in my bathroom. This room is no more than 2m by 2m

Two bedroom ceilings approx 13 x 12 ft, bathroom 8 x 7 ft, one bedroom 6 x 6 ft and a kitchen wall 11 ft long which has had cupboards and shelves attached to it. The ceilings are already plaster boarded.
The property is owned by us but we are not living in it at the present.

We have removed a partition wall between two small bedrooms, when taking down the wall it has exposed two holes in the wall about 18" x 6" (showing electric wire with connector block). The holes need making good, then there is also a corner which i think need the metal corner strip taking off and all making good. I would like a price for this job.

I may consider having half of the room skimmed but that would depend upon the cost.
