Room is small kitchen in 1bed flat. Job is to plasterboard one wall over plastic DPc (approx 2.5m by 2m wall). Put up double skin fire proof ceiling (3m by 1.6m plus 1m2 corridor area) and plaster the plaster boarded wall, ceiling and skim left wall (approx 1.5m by 2m size). Plastering required to be done around 5spotlight holes. I am less concerned about cost with this job than needing to have it done well and right and v soon! I am in the process of buying a flat, but want to get some estimates for how much it will cost me to get the Artex ceilings plastered over. It is a 2-bed flat of approx. 56 sqm, all rooms would need plastering. There is possible damage to the ceiling on the bathroom, if you could give me an estimate of how much it would cost to repair that also it would be great or if this is an issue in any way. I have quoted the survey below for a few details:

"Some sagging of the ceiling has occurred, possibly from water damage from the flat above, although no evidence of this was visible at the time of inspection."
