We had some plasterers skim the whole house and on the last room they did not remove the skirting which was covering half the room.. They removed it after skimming and didn't patch up. we fell out with them about that and other unfinished bits and would like to get someone to finish it off.

Its 6m length and current plaster finishes 7 inches up, we would like it extended down so we can put 3 or 4 inch skirting on.

Ideally we would get a quote via email and get someone ASAP next week to come in and finish it off

I've removed a fireplace and then plaster-boarded the resulting alcove and the front of the chimney breast up to picture rail height, this now needs a skim coat to finish it off. There are wooden dowels on the external corners which need to be skimmed up to, and a wooden lintel to go round. See photo.

We have just removed a built-in wardrobe and need the walls and ceiling behind skimming/plastering. The wall is generally in good condition, but there are some missing pieces where screws were pulled out of the wall. There is also a difference in height between the the existing ceiling and ceiling that was hidden by the wardrobe (approx 1cm).

The cornicing has also been damaged and we would like this repaired as part of the same job.

I will attach photos to this.

The wall is approximately 4.5 meters long and the height from skirting board up to the cornicing is approximately 2.7meters.
