Due to previous water damage (leak has been resolved wall is now dry), the wall in my entrance hall has been left with some plaster that needs to be chipped away and re plastered. The section damaged is not more than a foot wide. There are a cuple of other patches that could need attention Please see pics attached.

I am the owner of a ground floor flat. I need to repair some cracks in the exterior wall and then paint the whole of the exterior wall. I have had the cracks looked at by a surveyor who said they are due to the render rather than any structural movement, so the cracks only need to be cut out and re-rendered before making good the decorations.
Furthermore, the garden wall needs re-plastering and painting, including the rails.

As part of a Kitchen refit we have removed a wall separating the kitchen and hallway.

We now need the walls and ceiling plastered.
Rough Room Dimensions:
Length 11.5ft
Width 8ft
Height 7.5ft

One wall (remaining hallway wall) is artex

The other walls (from the kitchen) have had the cabinets and tiling removed.
Some electrical sockets have been re-sited, so in places we have taken the walls back to the brickwork/breeze blocks. Elsewhere original plaster remains.

There is a small hole (~1' x 2') in one of the boards of the ceiling, which is wallpapered (please see photo). Please could you replace that plasterboard, plaster over it and make it look like the rest of the ceiling (or whatever option you think would be best).

I am looking for an experienced, efficient and reliable tradesman to remove painted wallpaper in a small hallway, stairwell and landing in my flat, and then to skim/plaster the walls and ceilings and paint everything over. This includes working around the boiler on the landing and 2 Velux windows.

The walls are currently in decent condition, but there is some bubbling visible in the wallpaper under the painted surface and the joins between the wallpaper sheets are also visible. There are also a couple of particularly bumpy/uneven patches, so we'd like everything smoothed out and painted over.

I'm looking for someone to repair a hole that has been smashed into a ceiling. The hole is around 2 feet x 3 feet.

I need someone to fill the gap with plasterboard and to ensure the ceiling surface is smooth and ready for painting. It's possible that the ensure the plasterboard is fitted securely, it may be necessary to attach some wooden batons to the ceiling joists.
