15 Year old concrete kitchen floor plus new conjoined conservatory floor, total approx 33 sq m, need leveling in preparation for oak floor and kitchen installation. this was skimmed only a few years ago but has since had dado etc attached, there is a large window and a archway in the room, there is currently a inset fire this will be taken out so would like the hole plaster boarded to.

Dining Room 8ft 8 X 10ft 4

this has never been skimmed, there are french doors in the room.

i am planning on taking the wall paper down myself but would like a quote as well if i was to leave it.
the lounge has one layer of wall paper the dining room i believe has 3.

Got an old victorian house I'm renovating. At some point, most of house will need doing. But to start with I want to plaster a 13ft*12ft room (9ft ceiling height). Ceiling has been dropped, but need to put up new fire resistant plasterboard. 3 walls have exsiting plaster work, which have some holes from rewiring the house. 4th wall is part original/part new studpartition already plasterboarded. Need to patch up holes and skim whole room and ceiling.
