We need to fix parts of the exterior front wall rendering and give the front wall a fresh lick of paint. It is for a 1930's semi-detached house where the ground floor section is exposed red brick (we are leaving this as it is), so it is just the 1st floor level that needs the work. Currently, there is some painted pebble dashed type rendering.

There is a small hole (~1' x 2') in one of the boards of the ceiling, which is wallpapered (please see photo). Please could you replace that plasterboard, plaster over it and make it look like the rest of the ceiling (or whatever option you think would be best).

I would like to insert a floating ceiling in a hall way and also have some coving put up. I would also like an opinion on a couple of other walls, where there might need to be replastering too.

I require one room to be skimmed ready for paint. The room is approximately 3m x 3m with a high ceiling. The walls will be stripped of lining paper, etc, with loose material removed and PVA'd in preparation as agreed with plasterer.

The inside of our victorian bay window needs replastering. According to the surveyor the bay has had historic damp problems so all the plaster needs to come off below the window, dry out, and then be replastered. We'd also like the full bay skimmed after.

We'd appreciate a second opinion on the surveyors advice so you'll probably want to come round and check the bay to quote on the job. Job to include all labour and materials (we can do any prep work like stripping the bay and pulling off plaster as appropriate).
