Just moved to a new address and discovered that the previous owner was a bodgit and scarper DIYer......I have uncovered his attempts in the hallway and require you tidy up the edge of a "removed" internal wall and repair the ceiling and walls... plastering .... not a massive job to a competant builder but other works may follow
