I have two small rendered areas at the front of my house. These two areas are roughly 3-4 square meters in total, although I’ve not measured them properly. They are also roughly 2.5 meters of the ground. The render has been damaged over time and needs redoing. I am looking for someone to come in and render these areas with a smooth finish, I will paint to finish. I have attached a picture of this area. The job includes removing the old render and clearing this up.

I have an approx 6ft x 7ft x 12" plasterboard false chimney breast that houses an electric fire. It's just cosmetic and doesn't hide any utility plumbing etc. I want the structure removing and the back wall plaster repairing where the frame is battened on. Expect the retaining wall to be plastered because the breast was added fairly recently, but this isn't certain. Small run of skirting to replace to make good.
Need a quick turnaround on the job from a good local tradesman.

plaster boarded ceiling needs skimming as does one wall which contains a large window/door unit, and a large window if i can afford it, will also want another wall 12 x 8 skimming, but may have to be another date, all depends on cost sizes are approx as i can't find my tape measure

will want some more work doing also at a later date
