I had a Bathroom suite fitted recently. where the toilet was pulled out, the old cistern left a whole in the wall, needs at least half a wall plastered.
The Bath I ordered was too short leaving a small gap at the end which I would like enclosed with a shelf. The Bath panel also to be cut to size and fitted.

If this does not come to too much money, a small amount of tiling also to make it attractive, damage to the laminate flooring to repair round sink and toilet if possible, plus fit a new shower hose to the boiler, just a matter of screwing it to the wall. Already installed it's just the old one is ripped. I have bought the new one.
Single mum with not a clue of any DIY.

Could you please give me a quote - or come round to look - for plastering 3 walls of our lounge. There are 2 walls and one around a bay window. We need them plastered to decorating standard so we can paint over them. There are several holes where wall lights have been removed. Our new house has a master bedroom with some terrible wood-chip wallpaper covering it! As it is an old house, our walls seem to be different on all sides. Two are partitian, one is solid brick and the other houses the large window. We have been advised to have it boarded as opposed to stripped and re-lined as we would have to replaster and then line the walls before painting.

The job itself would be to plasterboard the room (over the wood chip) with as thin a plasterboard as possible, seal it all up and have it ready to paint. We will do the painting ourselves.

The room is roughly 12x10ft, with two 'clean' walls (no edges etc) and two walls which will need more cutting to size. The first such wall houses a chimney breast and surround. The second wall has a window which takes up 80% of the wall, and the radiator is below it, which really only leaves the surrounding areas.

Quotes to include all labour, materials and time frame to do the work. I would like to have this carried out in the shortest space of time, and to a high standard (given that we will be painting straight over the top).
