Hi

1. Skimming a plasterboard ceiling approx 2.9m x 3.7m. It has some matt emulsion on it and has been skimmed before (but not to a very high standard).
and
2. Skimming around 9m of wall (2.08m high) - just to smarten it all up - including hacking off and repairing on patch around 1m2 near the window where the original plaster has blown.

It would be good to get it done before the 22 May or fairly soon after the 29 May if possible.

Part of back wall exterior around a window needs pebble dash rendering, to fit in with exiting decor. Area to be completed 7ft by 7ft including some pebble dash work to be completed to exterior wall sourrounding outer back door.
The exposed breeze block to put the pebble dash on is in good condition.

We have been let down by another plasterer who has said he would come a few times now and hasn't and are in need of someone pretty soon as our lounge is now stripped and ready to be plastered.

The room is just an average size and needs plastering (skimming). The ceiling is currently artexed and also needs skimming.
