6 window openings have been blocked up and now internally require hardwall and plaster finish (7m2) to be flat and level with existing walls, Also one plasterboard sheet (8x4) to be fitted to ceiling, scrim to existing, and skimmed.

Need a quote for plastering a Room approximately 18X10ft (20 sq metres).

The walls themselves are patchy with a combination of new and old plaster (used to be papered). I want to paint the walls and I won't be able to get a good finish with the current surface. There are no major issues with the current walls, so I think it can just do with a surface over-skim...

The ceiling is also in an average condition and I am also thinking about getting that re skimmed if possible. The room used to be two separate rooms originally and one area to the next do not blend very well.

I am also considering (depending on cost) actually replacing the ceiling with new boards and installing spotlights in the future kitchen area, so am looking to get a separate quote for that.

There is currently no furniture/carpets/tiling in the room so all walls are clear for easy access, etc.
