I need to have the ceiling area in my airing cupboard (92cm x 87cm) repaired. This will mean filing the deep holes left by the previous piping and then plastering over to tidy up.

I also need a repair and plaster to part of a ceiling with damp damage (110 cmx210 cm).

Both areas would ideally need minimal disturbance, as they contain chrysotile asbestos and would hopefully be able to be completed on a Saturday.
