Hello, wld like to remove (or skim over) existing artex ceiling in a bedroom. Approx 12ft x 12ft.

This room has no coving but if a good job is done and the price is right there is the potential for other bedroom plus a living room/diner to be done subsequently (last room has coving...don't know if that effects things)!

WINCHESTER. Room is L shaped covering approx 46 square feet in total. We have removed the wood cladding from the ceiling and want a smooth plaster finish instead. It needs plaster board to be fixed to the existing batons. You will need to quote a) just skimming the boards and b) supply and fit of plaster board plus plastering. Looking for the work to be completed between now and 6th November.

Need plastering work to my cloakroom and part of the hall.

Have bricked up an internal door so need bonding and finishing to the exposed brickwork, both sides of the filled in door. plus skimming the rest of the room and part of the adjacent hallway. This is an old property so the area surrounding the filled in door has plaster 25mm to 30mm thick.

I calculate that there is approximately 4.5 square metres of bonding (including where some new light switches have been chased in, and about 32 square metres of finishing. Some of the area is new plasterboard whare pipes have been boxed in and a small area of ceiling had to be opened up.

The catch is that I need it done between Friday 17th July and say Tuesday the 20th July.
