The ceiling in the landing cracked and a large portion of the plaster has fallen down, leaving the laths visible. It is not a huge job as it is just a short area pof passageway measuring roughly 7ft by 3 ft. There is a light fitting too. Recommendations and quotes welcome

I haave added two photos showing the area of ceiling affected. The plaster is carcked further along, and leads to a loft hatch.

I have now measured the length of the landing area from the far room door to the top of the stairs, that is 11ft or just over 3m. The width of the landing is just under 3ft, although the area around the loft hatch would be naturally wider, hope that helps.

We would like three ceilings, which are current artex, plastered over. Room dimensions are roughly:
22ft x 11.5ft
7ft x 13ft
15ft x 11ft

The first one also has artex down the walls to the curtain rail (about 1.5ft) - we also want this plastering.
The other two are ceiling only.

Also we are getting an electrician in next week, and after that there will be 6 or 7 little plastering jobs to be done. Mostly plastering over where a new wire has been chased in. Some of these will be a few inches, others might be a few feet. I think all will only be only an inch or so wide.

Would like to get the job done asap after the electrician has finished - so ideally starting around 8th April.
