I am looking for a Plasterer local to Peterborough to plaster the walls and possibly the ceiling of the small bedroom of my terraced house.

The marjority of the walls are in good condition. However, the side outer wall shows mould, and the end outer wall has a large hole where the original plaster has come away (after taking off the 40 year old wallpaper).

There was a leak from the bathroom. So I would like a quote for the following two options please;
1) remove the poorly fitted coving that is in place just now, and skim the ceiling as there is artex in place.
2) remove the poorly fitted coving that is in place now, replace the coving leaving the artex in place. Paint the ceiling.

There is a small patch of damage where the leak from the bathroom has come through to the ceiling.
