In total, there's 2 chases about 150mm x 1200mm long and 50mm x 1200mm long, plus some tidy up work around 2 lightswitches.
It's not a big job, ideal to fit in-between your other jobs for a bit of extra cash.

Preferably someone local, but anybody who could fit it in as soon as possible will be in with a chance!
