This job is skim plastering a freshly plaster-boarded out room in a recently refurbished annexe in our home.
The room is 7.5 metres x 3.5 metres. At one end there is a dividing partition with wide door aperture and a window aperture.
The room has a lofted pitched ceiling, higher on one side than the other. Highest side wall is 3.2 metres. Lowest side wall is 2.1 metres.
There are three windows on the three outside walls.
Scaffold is available on site for doing the high side of the room.
We are looking for experienced, reliable, clean and tidy workmen, with very high standard of work; completing to a smooth finish that can be painted with no sanding down. Recent references will be required and followed up.
Ready for start during w/c 15/04/13. Immediate payment on satisfactory sign off (by both of us). This will be 1-2 days after completion when walls are drying and any glitches can be seen.
