The bottom half of a 15 foot long wall needs to be replastered. A fireplace and fitted shelving unit was removed and bare walls were revealed. There is also a small alcove and tiny part of the two ajoining wall.

1. Removal of brick fire-surround, approximately
2m x 1.5m plus brick hearth 0.4m x 2m. The vertical section of the surround is cememted to the wall but loose. The gas fire has been removed, but the end of the gas pipe is still lodged into the hearth brick - these bricks need to be carefully removed and then the gas pipe shortened (I can arange this with the gas engineers who removed the fire).

2. The wall area currently behind the fire surround (i.e. 2m x 1.5m) needs to be plastered.

I would appreciate it if you could supply a quote for doing both jobs together, and also for doing them separately. Thank you.
