This is about a small plastering / tiling job in Newmachar (bathroom window opening).
Please find the photos attached. Dimensions are:
Two main areas that need plastering first, then tiling: 55 * 120 cm each.
Small strip to the right of the window opening: 10 * 87 cm.
All surfaces need to be prepared (clean / remove paint where painted ). Plaster the two main areas. Tile all three areas with plain white square standard tiles.

One room to be plastered,12ft by 10ft walls, and the fourth has 1ft window surrounds.

Existing wallpaper (unfortunatly previously painted over) is to be removed and daido rail removed also.

The room was decorated circa 1970 and so when the wallpaper is removed, there could be the chance that the existing lathe and plaster comes away too.

I am unaware if there would be a requirement for plasterboard.

Please include labour and materials in the cost.

Plaster removed down to lathe to facilitate drying out after water damage. Looks to me like it'll take a piece of plasterboard as a patch and then a skim of plaster. The arera is now dry and will be signed off as dry on Friday 16th September in the morning. I'd like it repaired that afternoon if possible. Come round and take a look and I'll OK it with the insurers and pay cash on the day.
