I have a small 3 bed semi detached on the edge of Devizes, Wiltshire, which is 15 years old. The house is currently empty and I am looking for it to be painted in the same colour throughout.

The house is currently painted, and I am looking for the necessary preparation work, to include skirting boards and doors (not windows). All of the work would be interior, no external work.

I'm looking for a quote for just the labour (not materials), which would include 2 coates on the walls and ceiling, and the woodwork to be painted with gloss.

This would be for the whole of the house to include 3 bedrooms.

This has seen weather damage and needs attention.
1 x support has signs of rot and the front panel is beginning to rot.
House is still under NHBC warranty, we would be interested in pursuing this with the warranty still being valid, if applicable.
