Had a mould problem in house and still have a leak under bathroom floor. Need decoration in 3 rooms which have mould stains and removal of bath to find leak. Bathroom is quite small and the house is unoccupied so access is easy. The batroom has a laminate floor which will come up easy and I will replace with new once work done. Need someone who is a good all rounder. Main skills required are plumber/fitter/decorator. Some other minor jobs also could do with looking at.

Hello,

We are in the process of preparing a bathroom ready to tile but my usual handy-man is on holiday.

The room will be tiled to 1.3m high so you would only have to prepare and paint the ceiling and the walls for the upper half. The ceiling is about 7-8m2 and the walls area to be painted is approximately 9m2. I've attached the bathroom plan to give you an idea.

The walls were plastered last week, so they will need to be rubbed down/sanded in places, prepared and painted. We already have the paint.
