Hi

We had our sash windows refurbished last year including painting them inside. Now that the spring is (hopefully) here, we need to get them painted outside.

There are 9 sash windows in total:
- one big bay which has 3 windows
- 4 other medium-large windows
- 2 small windows

I believe that the timber work around the bay window will also need painting, and there may be some limited making good and preparing.

In addition, we would like our front door repainted.

If you are an experienced exterior painter and interested, please do let me know and we can arrange an appointment to quote (to include materials and paint).

We live near Raynes Park on Durham Road. Ideally the work would be complete by 5th May if weather permits.

We require a decorator to redecorate one small double bedroom. In the bedroom, the room has suffered from two small areas of damp that have since been repaired. These small areas of paper will need to be cut away, a coat of damp seal applied, then the small areas re-papered.  All bedroom walls, the ceiling and skirting boards then need to be re-painted. We had another contractor fix up and paint the front of the house. He paused because a blocked gutter was causing damp in the arch over the door. We had that fixed and, despite a promise by that contractor to finish the job, he has let us down and won't now finish it. We therefore need someone to do a relatively small job to re-seal and patch up the plastering around the arch over the front door and paint it white for us. We don't have the materials already.
