THAT SHOULD BE REPAINTING!

I rent out my former home which needs some tlc after a disastrous tenant.

The walls only need emulsion but the paintwork needs good preparation before being glossed. I am happy to provide the paint if you prefer, otherwise magnolia walls and white gloss are fine.

Two bedrooms, one small double, one large single
Only the ceiling in small bathroom
Stairs, tiny landing and tiny hall
Through lounge
There is also a single storey extension consisting of large utility room, a loo, small hallway and porch. The porch only has two areas of wall to paint, and a window sill, as it is PVC double glazed. The loo needs a small area of filler applying before painting, the utility room may need some rubbing down.

No doors need to be painted, exterior ones are PVC, most internal wood finish. There are picture rails, which can be emulsioned if possible. Radiators don't need to be painted.

The house is empty so only the carpets will need protecting.

I need someone that can get some damp proof paint and a magnolia paint (specific B&Q brand for colour match) and paint an internal wall in one of our rental properties.

There is just some dry damp patches showing through which need covereing up. It's not even a whole wall... it's just an area or two.

I will pay you for the supplies you need to get from B&Q. Please quote for your time.
