We have an upstairs flat in an Edwardian maisonette and are looking to get various rooms redecorated: the hallway, stairwells and front room in the first instance moving onto the kitchen and downstairs bedroom later. There are various jobs that need to be done, some of which I've listed below. The flat has an entrance hall, stairwell with very high ceiling leading up to first floor, landing and then further stairway leading up to the second floor. All of this needs decorating as well as the front room. The front room also needs floating shelves fitting and a new fire surround fitting. Ideally we would have someone do this at the same time but can get it done separately if necessary.

The cladding, plus all window sills are desperately in need of being painted/ treated to get them up to a better state of repair- we cannot afford replacements at this time.

At three corner points we have approx 1x1 ft patches of damage to wallpaper/ paint. We need damage removed, and area re-papered with minimum seams on display!

We are looking for someone to wallpaper a feature dining area (to divide a living room in two). The wallpaper will go around large French windows which make up the entire back wall (approx 400cm in width, but the only bare wall is above them which needs wallpapering is around 80cm in height before ceiling), as well as angled walls and supporting pillars built into the walls either side, so the job is small but rather fiddly. This is why we would like someone experienced to do this (may need to see the job to be able to quote effectively). Essentially, the area to paper is above the French windows and along two side walls of about 150cm width each, one of which has a supporting pillar which the paper would need to go around.
