The lower part and one side of the windowsill in the bedroom of my flat has some minor damp damage as the result of condensation build-up. The work will require:

1. Joint between windowsill and window frame will need slight resealing.
2. The wall at the join of the windowsill and the window will need some small refilling.
3. The repaired areas will need repainting and therefore the whole wall around the window sill will need repainting (brilliant white), wall approx 3m by 2.5m.

In addition, the sealant around the bath needs removing and replacing due to some mold (white sealant).

The flat roof in my rented first floor flat has leaked over the winter, causing discoloration on the wall in couple of places (the roof's now being fixed). These damaged areas need to be cleaned and re-painted.

The paint will be supplied, although brushes and dust sheets will be required.
