The work would involve painting 2 bedrooms, a living room, hall way and change carpets for the 2 bedrooms. The flat is arround 94m2, just about 1000ft. I only need the wall to be painted in white colour. Please quote on the basis of both with materials and without materials.

Laminate flooring has recently been laid, however a few of the boards (Approx 5) don't feel secure so will either need re-glueing / or re-laying, so it would be useful if you could do this. We have an upstairs flat in an Edwardian maisonette and are looking to get various rooms redecorated: the hallway, stairwells and front room in the first instance moving onto the kitchen and downstairs bedroom later. There are various jobs that need to be done, some of which I've listed below. The flat has an entrance hall, stairwell with very high ceiling leading up to first floor, landing and then further stairway leading up to the second floor. All of this needs decorating as well as the front room. The front room also needs floating shelves fitting and a new fire surround fitting. Ideally we would have someone do this at the same time but can get it done separately if necessary.

Job Description

I'd like a quote to paint my kitchen units please. They are a laminate wood, and I've already sanded them down and removed the doors. Depending on the cost I may also get some additional painting done in the flat at the same time. I'm planning on using eggshell for the finish.
