slate gabled roof on double fronted 1932 house, east gable end is over a conservatory which runs along the east side of the house, the roof overhangs the walls with several house martin nests in place, front of roof has cast iron guttering which needs replacing, rear already has plastic guttering. The ground floor front has 2 bay windows with slate roof running across the front of the house, providing a porch.
The paint is peeling off badly on the gable ends and we would ideally like it painted before winter.

magnolia emulsion, white ceilings, white gloss to windows and skirts. Some plaster shrinkage at joints to make good. No external painting. Property empty, walls all straight and true. Compact two bedroom semi detached house central louth. One feature wall already papered, looks fine, to leave in place in living area. Open plan downstairs. One reasonable double and one single room and tiny bathroom upstairs.

Job Description
Stripping back to the wood and repainting soffits ( I think that is what they are called) or fascia boards under the roof tile line. There may be the need to repair the timber support posts as well. Won't know until the are stripped back!
