room 1: bedroom to be converted to study. Re-artex ceiling (or smooth over), re-paint (white). Restore walls to plaster, re-paint (eggshell peach-white or similar). Re-paint skirting boards (gloss white). Re-paint door. Strip and re-paint door-frame (gloss white). Re-paint pipework, possibly also radiator. Room dimensions approx 3m × 4m. Note that this room is getting track lighting fittings.

room 2: kitchen. Re-artex ceiling (or smooth over), re-paint (white). Advice needed about impact of vent for kitchen hob extractor fan on this re-artexing. Re-paint skirting boards (gloss white). Re-paint door. Strip and re-paint door-frame (gloss white). dimensions approx 3m × 4m. Note that this room is getting track lighting fittings.

room 3: hallway. Re-artex ceiling (or smooth over), re-paint (white). Re-paint 3 doors. Strip and re-paint 3 door-frames (gloss white). Strip walls down to plaster, re-paint (eggshell magnolia or similar). Re-paint skirting boards (gloss white). Room dimensions approx 2m².

room 4: lounge. Re-paint lobby door. Strip and re-paint lobby door-frame (gloss white).

room 5: bedroom. Re-artex ceiling (or smooth over), re-paint (white).

Please supply materials.

I own the leasehold to the property.

All walls are plastered brick/concrete. All ceilings are artexed concrete.

The job might need to be split between other tradesmen.

All paints must be mould-resistant, or fungicidal (!). Some residue of mould might need further inspection for risk of recurrence before work commences.

helping out at the moment. Laurie lost her mother last year, the one person
who was supporting her financially more than anybody - my
brother-in-law being very ill. He passed away a couple of months ago,
leaving Laurie with three children and the house in a state of disrepair. In particular, her bedroom has mould from condensation all around the external wall and ceiling. She could really do with some help to fix
